Pearlescent Garnet Veil
An original abstract painting in deep garnet red with a pearlescent sheen.
The texture looks like fine gauze: an open weave with the lower layers showing through. The painting is built in several layers on a base made with top-quality Italian pigments.
The pearl finish changes with the light and the angle you see it from: head-on the colour is deep and calm, from the side a soft glow appears across the surface. The material stays flexible, so it moves with the canvas, and the colour holds for decades.
A companion to Pearlescent Violet Veil, made in the same technique.

Size and placement
At 70 × 100 cm, this painting suits a wall above a sofa, bed or sideboard around 100–110 cm wide, or a narrower wall on its own.
Ready to hang
The canvas arrives stretched on a stretcher frame, ready to hang. It is sent without an outer frame, so you can hang it as it is or choose a frame later.
Care
Wipe with a soft, damp sponge, without harsh cleaning products. The paint handles daylight well, but years of strong direct sun can slightly change the colour, so a spot out of direct sunlight keeps it closest to how it looks today.
